These General Terms and Conditions govern the contracting of tourist services and the purchase of tickets through the MY TOP TOUR<\/strong> website, the trade name of MNPQ GESTORES TUR\u00cdSTICOS, S.L.<\/strong>, a company of Spanish nationality with Tax Identification Number B19650613<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The company has its registered office at Calle Francisco Grande Covi\u00e1n, 20, C.P. 18100, Armilla, Granada, Spain, and is duly registered in the Commercial Registry of Granada, Volume 1644, Book 0, Folio 38, Sheet GR-50771, Entry 1.<\/p>\n

Making a purchase implies full, express and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Intermediation and nature of the service<\/h2>\n

MY TOP TOUR<\/strong> acts as a travel agency and intermediary in the marketing of tourist services and tickets for monuments, museums and cultural attractions.<\/p>\n

MY TOP TOUR<\/strong> is not the official ticket office nor does it represent the organisations responsible for managing the monuments. The names, trademarks and designations of the monuments are used exclusively for descriptive purposes.<\/p>\n

The tickets offered are official and valid, acquired through authorised suppliers and channels, including intermediation, management and customer service services.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Capacity to contract<\/h2>\n

Only persons of legal age with sufficient legal capacity may contract services. Minors may browse the website, but may not make purchases or provide data for the purpose of entering into a contract.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Contracting process<\/h2>\n

Before formalising the purchase, the user will have access to the essential information regarding the service, including price, date, time, cancellation policy and access requirements.<\/p>\n

To complete the booking, the user must provide the required information and expressly accept these General Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n

Once payment has been confirmed, the user will receive a confirmation email. This email constitutes sufficient proof of the formalisation of the contract.<\/p>\n

MY TOP TOUR<\/strong> may reject a booking when objective circumstances arise, such as lack of availability or payment-related issues.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Prices and payment methods<\/h2>\n

Prices are stated in euros and include applicable taxes, unless expressly indicated otherwise.<\/p>\n

Payment shall be made using the methods enabled through the website’s payment gateway.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Information provided by the customer<\/h2>\n

The customer is solely responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy and correctness of the information provided during the booking process, including first name, surname, identity document, date of birth or nationality.<\/p>\n

For services involving named tickets, the information may not be modified once the tickets have been issued.<\/p>\n

MY TOP TOUR<\/strong> shall not be liable for the inability to access the monument or for any incident arising from incorrect information or invalid documentation provided by the customer.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Cancellation and right of withdrawal policy<\/h2>\n

The cancellation, modification and refund conditions are directly determined by the policies of the monument, museum or supplier, which are beyond the control of MY TOP TOUR<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In accordance with Article 103.l of Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to leisure services that provide for a specific date or period of performance.<\/p>\n

Failure to attend, arriving outside the scheduled time or failing to provide the required documentation shall not entitle the customer to a refund.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Force majeure<\/h2>\n

MY TOP TOUR<\/strong> shall not be liable for failure to fulfil its obligations when such failure is due to force majeure or circumstances beyond its control, such as pandemics, administrative restrictions, strikes or monument closures.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Customer service and complaints<\/h2>\n

The customer may contact the customer service department via email: soporte@mytoptour.es. <\/a><\/p>\n

The customer may also refer to the European Union’s Online Dispute Resolution Platform.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Acceptance of the terms and conditions<\/h2>\n

Making any purchase through the website implies that the customer declares that they have read, understood and fully accepted these General Terms and Conditions and the cancellation policy applicable to the contracted service.<\/p>\n

Acceptance of these terms and conditions is an essential requirement for completing the purchase process.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
